Learn how to cover a polystyrene dummy with sugar paste at the beginning of the class to get a feel of the paste and creating a smooth clean finish.

Then cover a butter creamed cake, which will be supplied and ready for covering. Repeat the covering process on the cake, covering the cake drum and attaching the ribbon around the base of the cake.

Make some simple roses and leaves and attach to the top of the cake. Cake box will be supplied to get your cake home.

Refreshments will be supplied all day but you will have to bring a packed lunch with you.

Learn how to shape and construct a ballerina, a footballer/rugby player and a dog with step by step tuition using modelling pastes. 

If there is enough time towards the end of the class we will make a unicorn too!

All materials supplied for the day's class and a box to trnsport it home.

Refreshments are available all day but you will have to bring a packed lunch for yourself.

Learn to cut and shape sponge cake, fill and coat with chocolate ganache. Cover with sugar paste and make Panda's cute face.

You will also learn to make the bamboo piece's using modelling paste.

All materials and sponge cake are supplied for the day's class and a box to take Panda home in.

Refreshments are available all day but you will have bring along a packed lunch for yourself.
